DRONE SURVEYS

Drones come under the category of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) and are generally piloted from the ground by a highly experienced operator, who carry a certified licence through the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).

The use of a remotely controlled drone means that we can provide our clients with high definition video and photographic survey footage of high level areas such as roofs, chimneys and gutters, which would otherwise prove difficult to inspect.

Reasons to choose a survey:

Time

A drone survey is more time efficient as it does not need the time spent erecting ladders, scaffolding, or viewing platforms;

Inspection Quality

We can use drones to look at the condition of a building, or to closely inspect the roof or defects;

Reporting

We obtain high definition video and photographic images, which can prove useful to clients in understanding their property and budgeting for future costs;

Opportunities & Risks

A bird’s eye view of the site can often identify Development risks and other considerations
